This is a new blog. I’m really excited to be starting a journal all about healthy living — not that I have it all figured out, by any means. Mostly I am hoping that having readers to be accountable to will help motivate and inspire me to keep trying to be healthy each day. 

I’ll try to post photos of the foods I eat each day, in an attempt at keeping a visual food journal.
